Credit card details submitted as booking confirmation via the secure online form are handled exclusively by SimpleBooking - QNT S.r.l. and kept on a secure server as a guarantee of the booking until the date of arrival at the hotel. The final bill for your stay is paid directly at the reception.

This is necessary in order to fulfil requests, suggestions and for all commercial, tax, administrative and informative purposes that relate to our activities.
As such, in accordance with and pursuant to art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/03 (Personal Data Protection Code), we would hereby provide the following information concerning the processing we intend to carry out.

• Processing method

  The details you supply to El Balear S.r.l. are processed using (in the main) automated systems, exclusively for the stated purposes and only for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the details have been collected.
